Shipping & Returns
We try our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of submission (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can check on your shipment status at any time via the UPS tracking website. If you have not received your tracking information within 7 days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship all orders via UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout, so please enter your correct shipping address to determine shipping costs. If your order is placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00PM EST, it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.
All Furious Fur prices are exclusive of international duties. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country in question.
We are confident that you will love your Furious Fur purchase. If for some reason you don’t, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Return Request”.
A Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery along with original proof of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. All items are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Orders placed for sale or promo items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
